Every time we start working with a new client (hey btw: that could be you!😍) we follow a procedure that we have come up with during all these years of work, and we follow it as strictly as possible, in order to deliver the best possible outcome for your budget right out of the gate!

Below you can find a summary of the steps we take!

1. We map the client commercial offer to be promoted

With the ink still fresh on our contract, we begin by analyzing your commercial offer. Our team works closely with you to determine the best combination of topics to promote through the media budget in the channel. This is done by considering various factors, such as the availability and quality of landing pages, your commercial objectives and strategies, search volumes online, monthly budget, traffic prices, and more.

The final output of this activity is a list of campaigns, sorted by priority, that we can set up in your account.

2. We review or create the Google Ads account(s) for you

In case one (or more) Google Ads account already exists, our team takes it over and carries out a complete overhaul to bring it to the most modern operating standards. In case there is no account yet, we will create one for you.

3. We create and upload the campaigns

After defining the topics and related keywords to promote, we create campaigns using optimal rules to maximize the quality of the ads. This includes structuring the campaigns, setting initial negative keywords, creating compelling copy, and using all necessary extensions.

Of course, the distribution of the budget in the newly created campaigns takes into account the amount you wish to spend.

4. Definition and creation of the reports

In conjunction with the launch of the campaigns, a dashboard is created to monitor the Google Ads account's progress and key metrics.

Our team maintains the dashboard and shares it with the customer to ensure transparency.

The dashboard is fed with live data that is updated at least every 24 hours.
